ABOUT US

For over twenty five years working with pure breed dogs has been a passion.  My wife Elizabeth and I have put many - many miles on the road, testing, showing, hunting and competing with our dogs.  I myself am an AKC Judge and have judged hundreds of dogs as well as training and handling both my own and others.  My wife has raised pups, only to see them go on and mature into AKC Title/Ribbon winning dogs.  Yet, at the end of the day, it isn’t the ribbons or show champion titles, or field titles, or pedigrees that we remember most about our dogs.  It’s the loyalty, affection & their indelible character that we find so special.  We’ve been fortunate to have had champion Chesapeake Bay retrievers, Master Nationals & AKC Master Hunter Titled Labradors, AKC Master Hunter titled Brittanys and NAVHDA dogs.  Of course our home wouldn’t be complete without our youngest Brittany; Grievous Angel, AKC Master Hunter & NAVHDA UT Prize I dog.  All of our dogs spend time in the house with us.  We believe that interaction is important in reducing stress in the dog.  We try to give every dog in training at the kennel as much attention as we could, knowing that this is their home away from home.
